About Sue Hoatson

Thirteen years ago I found myself with the opportunity to join Adapt as a regional sales manager of this small company reselling Interactive Intelligence software. Fast forward to today and I'm now part of a 150+ employee company leading our Financial Services sales team focusing primarily on Credit Unions. Over the past 13 years, I’ve gained a unique perspective on the CU industry through my engagement with many different credit unions across the country, many of whom are now Adapt clients (we have more than 165 of them). So, I now have a good understanding of what's driving the CU market and their goal for ever improving the member experience. Prior to joining Adapt, I spent many years in the communication space starting first with PacTel Business systems, then AT&T/Lucent Technologies/Avaya for six years, followed by Interactive Intelligence/Genesys for more than five years. Today, my passion is working with credit unions to help each one move and grow with ever-evolving technologies to meet and exceed their members' expectations.
